We at Helen Osler Doors are proud of the high standard of quality products. Quality is ensured during every manufacturing stage. Doors are produced to exact specifications with a superb sanded finish.

Wood is a natural “living” material and that moisture and sunlight affect its stability.  Penetration by water or moisture causes fungal decay and wood rot while sunlight dries wood out, making it discoloured and brittle.  A Successful wood finishing sealer, therefore, needs to deep penetrate renourish and stabilise the wood, besides coating the surface with a hard, tough and attractive finish.
 

To ensure that your door last forever it is necessary to protect your door from direct sunlight and excessive humidity.  The following two products are recommended:

Woodoc 30 Exterior Semi-Gloss UV Sealer.    

Using Woodoc 30 means never having to sand and scrape again!  At the end of its life span of about 18 months you simply wipe down the wood to remove grime and reapply.  Woodoc 30 feeds wood, combats fungus growth and its UV absorber protects wood against the sun’s rays. 

 

Woodoc Penetrating Weatherproof Wax

This product enhances the already protective powers of Woodoc 30.  It goes deep into the wood and actually replenishes moisture and natural nutrients as well as strengthening the UV absorbers. This Wax can be applied with a cloth every two months.
